Yuck, Monday. I'm counting on all the weekend fun I had to fuel me through the rest of the week. Luckily, I had plenty of it - fun, that is!

My brother came to visit, and we spent the whole time playing Together Jigsaw at Cafe.com, racing each other to see who could put the pieces together first. He might beat me more often if he didn't keep getting distracted by the pictures. Not that I blame him - there's tons of great ones - but sheesh! 23 losses in a row?  Or maybe I'm just that good :-).

Wow, what a weekend! The Javitz Center here in New York City played host to Comic Con, one of the largest comic book conventions in the USA, and I got to see it all! There were tons of amazing people there; Orson Scott Card (met him in the elevator!), Jim Butcher (he signed my Dresden Files comic, woohoo!), Stan "The Man" Lee (all bow in worship), and of course Cafe.com! Gearing up for the weekend

Wahoo, the weekend is here! Finally some time to kick back and play all those games at Cafe.com. I've got a whole list of which ones I want to try out; Arctic Quest, Book Stories, and of course one of my favorites: Bistro Stars. But once my friends are done with work, I'm heading over to the multi-player area for our regular game of Animal Checkers. I can't wait! We all come from all over and live in different places (check out the group picture below!), and since up to 6 people can play at a time, its a great way for us all to reconnect. Morning, all you coffee house cats! Was anyone able to beat yesterday’s high score? I was up all night trying to do it… In fact, I went to bed so late I overslept and barely had time to get dressed this morning! Well, at least I’ve got time to dress my MiniMe up all snazzy. But with so many great outfits to choose from, it’ll probably take me the rest of the day!

I'll beat that high score yet!

A late post today, folks. Guess I've been distracted checking out all the games here at the newly opened cafe.com. I’m bent on beating the high score at Temple of Mahjong, and I swear I’ll do it before the day is out! Think any of you can beat me to it?
